We hold orders for 24 hours before sending to production in case you chnage your mind on color, address, design, whatever it may be.

We typically take anywhere between 1-5 before an order is sent out

Once you recieve your order, if there are any issues within 14 days of recieving your order you can contact us on our "Contact" page, or any of our socials, based on the nature of your complaint we will either replace, refund, or partially refund your order.
